Miles OakleyWe have been with the amazing Locale Travel since October 2022, and I am not understating how welcoming the team at Locale were from the get-go. From the very beginning, Locale demonstrated a deep understanding of our travel needs and preferences, by scheduling meetings with various stakeholders in the business, from Implementation managers, Finance/ reporting stakeholders and most importantly our travel agent, They took the time to understand our schedule constraints, budget requirements, and specific requests, ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Their attention to detail and proactive approach were evident throughout the entire process and consequently it was a seamless onboarding for us, with easy-to-use templates to upload data, and the Locale team being on hand and very responsive for any support we needed for our employees.
Thankfully, the great service hasn’t ended there, we have a great relationship with our travel agent Reena and it is always a pleasure to chat with her when we need some sneaky help in trying to wave cancellation fees and have any last minute changes. On multiple occasions, we have missed the 24 hour cancellation notice on hotels and Reena has gone above and beyond to help us recoup those costs, not to mention tricking airlines to waive their change fees.. It should be emphasised that Reena ALWAYS goes above and beyond and continues to contact our employees directly if there are any last-minute schedule changes by the airline. Her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate last-minute changes and special requests are legendary.
Meg our Client Relations Manager ensures that she regularly reviews whether our business is making the most out of our travel programs and calling out any insights, and trends on our travel through monthly travel reporting. We are very happy with the ease of communication and the fact that we can rely on our travel partners to get the best for us.
