Coach 2

Darren Coleman

Darren Coleman, is a South West Rocks boy from the Mid-North Coast of NSW. Played in Sydney Club rugby from 1995 to 2000.

Darren has coached all over from the Emus in Penrith to the Calgary Mavericks in Canada. Benevento in Italy to Toyota in Japan.

Darren is known for his success at Shute Shield Sydney District rugby. At Warringah (2017 Shute Shield Premiers) and Gordon (2020 Shute Shield Premiers). Capping off back to back winning Rugby seasons with a Championship in the MLR (USA Pro Rugby) with the LA Giltinis in 2021.

Before his most recent appointment as NSW Waratahs Head Coach. Darren was Assistant and Academy coach for both the Waratahs (1998 – 2000) and Brumbies (2009 – 2011).

Darren is very familiar with a tour. His knowledge will give you a great insight to the rugby. Best of all, Darren understands the importance of rugby spirit. Which with Darren helping to lead the tour, you will leave with a great touring experience.

Tony Dempsey

Tony Dempsey, Gordon Great, Waratah and Wallaby stalwart.
 
Tony is know for his Contests, Contacts and Competitiveness on the field. There are plenty of stories from old teammates and opposing players in the 90’s to back up Tony’s on field approach.
 
Tony was the founding President of the Rugby Union Players Association (RUPA).
An organisation that helped Australian Rugby Players transition from amateur player professional sportsperson.
Tony shares his experiences in his book ‘For Love & Money’.
 
Tony is founder and principal of Dempsey Law Firm
